“Chaap Tilak” is a popular Sufi Qawwali (Islamic devotional song) originating in the 14th century, and is the expression of love and devotion, often associated with mystical poetry and the Sufi, Islamic tradition. The lyrics of the song symbolise the intense love and longing for the divine and the quest for spiritual union.
